Sufian Etea rejoined AIT Extension in June 2025 to support selected strategic projects, bringing with him extensive experience in training management and international project coordination. He has a long-standing connection with AIT Extension, having previously served from 2010 to 2021 in various capacities where he played a key role in designing, managing, and delivering professional development programs across Asia and beyond.
With a strong background in coordinating multi-stakeholder training initiatives, Sufian has worked closely with government agencies, international organizations, and academic institutions to deliver high-impact learning experiences. His work has spanned diverse sectors, including public sector reform, education management, and sustainable development.
After leaving AIT Extension in 2021, Sufian continued to apply his expertise as a freelance consultant, supporting capacity-building projects and training programs with a focus on practical application and cross-cultural engagement.
Now back with AIT Extension, he continues to contribute his skills in program design, logistical planning, and stakeholder engagement to enhance the impact and reach of specialized training initiatives.
