Workshop Objectives

By the end of this 3-day workshop, participants will be able to:
- Understand the principles and practices of Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL)
- Apply tools such as Theory of Change, Logical Framework, and SMART-E indicators
- Use MEL to improve project planning, performance, and reporting
- Integrate impact evaluation into project cycles for data-driven decision-making

Day 1: Foundations of Monitoring and Evaluation

Objective: Introduce MEL frameworks, concepts, and their relevance in today’s project landscape.
