AIT Extension plans to organize intensive 5 days General Management & Leadership professional development training program in Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) Bangkok, Thailand from 14-18 October, 2013 for the senior managerial level to help them in building their general management & leadership skills and to enhance their knowledge. This 5 days interactive management & leadership program will provide professionals to recognize and play a strategic role from simply performing administrative tasks, processing transactions, and streamlining work processes to proactively enhancing organization's ability to attract, develop, and retain superior performers, and keep them focused on organizational goals.
The main objective is training is to deepen the understanding of senior managers to develop new skills to proactively cope with the complex and dynamic environment and prepare them for a multi-competency role. The course aims to “turn theory into practice,” and provide senior managers the understanding and ability to discuss, present, and manage the planning aspects of their agencies and institutions, and influence the performance factors under their control.
This 5 days training program on “General Management & Leadership” will be organized in form of teaching-learning methods include lectures, workshops, group discussions, case analyses, group work, individual exercises, reflective thinking, role plays, project work and ended-up with Q & A session.
