The 10 days course on “Advanced Workplace Services and Change Management” is organized for managers, administrators, accountants or technologists have to prepare themselves to meet the challenges through change management and advanced technological skills. The course is designed in such a way that after the completion the participants will be able to better manage their own workplaces through advanced skills and change management.
Objective: The course as a whole aims to provide with best practices and innovative learning for change management and advanced management skills with the use of application of information tools and techniques as an enabler. The course will be conducted in such a way that after completion of the course it will allow the participants to enhance their management as well as technical skills which will also positively impact their own organization.
TIMING: The professional development course will be held during 29th October – 07th November 2018.
VENUE: AIT, Thailand
PARTICIPANTS: 17 officers will be participating in this professional development course.
