On the request of Ministry of Education, Sri Lanka, AIT Extension has commenced a special training program on “Strategic Information Technology Project Management” on 12 December 2011 at Windsor Hotel, Sukhumvit, Bangkok, Thailand. Thirteen Project Managers working across various educational sectors in different provinces, Sri Lanka are currently attending the program.
This two-week customized program focuses on all-inclusive project management processes with reference to financial viabilities and risk management. After the completion of this program the participants are expected to manage complex projects involving substantial budgets, strategic risks and aggressive time scale. The program also features relevant field visits in Thailand and interaction with professionals to share the experiences.
