AIT extension plans to organize a one week professional development training programme for senior and middle level managers on Effective Leadership and Execution from 14-18 October, 2013 in Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), Bangkok Thailand. The main objective of this training programme is to enhance skills and practical strategies necessary to be highly effective managers, Provide hands-on experience and an integrated set of concepts and tools for managerial and organizational effectiveness, understand and apply the critical elements of effective business and managerial execution and understand key principles of process innovation and process excellence.
The five days training comprises of lectures, group work, practical exercises, case studies, individual exercises, reflective thinking and group discussions. There will be two days of field visits to Thai institutions that will enable participants to disclosure best leadership practices in Thailand context.
