Course Brief: The course aims to enhance participants’ competencies in providing and delivering demand-led, outcome-based services for their clients. The course content covers new functions of development agencies as service providers, managing demand-led service systems, quality concepts and quality management models, tools and techniques, quality index, quality management system for local authority. It also includes case studies, best practices and exposure visits to development agencies applying service quality management practices in agriculture, education, health and rural development at central and local levels.
